Our Custom Competion Rifles for the categories
F- Class Open, F-Tr, BR and ELR are assembled with
the best components in the world!
The actions used are Borden Accuracy, Kelbly's inc, Flavio Farè, Bat Machine.
Regarding the barrels we recommend Bartlein, Krieger and Benchmark.
As triggers we use Bix'n Andy, Flavio Farè and Jewell.
Rifle Stocks
Manufacture of rifle stocks in models F- Class Open Nemesi, F- Class Open standard, F-TR, ELR and BR.
Our stocks are not mass produced but are designed together with the customer to make each of them a unique piece using laminated exotic hardwoods alternating with layers of carbon fiber and epoxy.
CHAMBERING
The most important
part of an accurate rifle!
- Each barrel is dialed in for 0 runout
- High pressure flushing system to remove chips during chambering for best finishing
- Use of Jgs Precision and Pacific tool and gauge reamers
- All barrels are chambered to 0 headspace
Metal Components
In addition to the stocks, each metal
component such as trigger guards,
anschutz rails, adjustable cheek piece,
butt plate is machined from solid
and worked on 2/3/4 axis CNC machines
STOCKS
Each model of our stocks
can be made in
3 different ways:
Ares: laminate woods alternating with layers of carbon
Zeus: laminate woods alternating with layers of carbon and epoxy
(from trigger guard to forend)
Zeus top Level: laminate woods alternating with layers of carbon and
epoxy in all the stock
